How long will it take before my order is dispatched?

Once your order is received please allow 2-3 business days for preparation and then your order will be shipped out and you should receive it within 3-6 days depending on your location. Please be aware this may extend to 3 days during the holiday season.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship orders via USPS, FedEx or a comparable shipper of our choice. Free shipping is available on orders over $1000.00). (Please note: Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories are not eligible for free shipping).


Once your order is shipped, we automatically send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped and we include your tracking number.

Any order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
